The new First 30 is a concentrate of performance, comfort and innovation, ideally suited to the new generation of sailors. It combines gliding pleasure, exceptional manoeuvrability, safety and cruising comfort - a unique blend of qualities that make it a worthy successor to the legendary First 30 of 1977.
It is difficult to find sensations comparable to the moment when a sailboat starts to glide, the instant when the boat takes off and frees itself from the constraints of displacement. Until now, this experience required advanced sailing knowledge. However, with the new BENETEAU First 30, the pleasure of planing becomes simple and accessible to everyone, whether you are an experienced sailor or a beginner.
The generously proportioned deck and cockpit have been designed with two objectives in mind: to optimise space to create a spacious and comfortable relaxation area, while ensuring exceptional sailing ergonomics. Two cockpit configurations are available: one for recreational sailors and one for sailors. In the cruising version, the mainsail crow's foot and the German clew system allow the cockpit floor to be completely clear, while large winches facilitate the control of the mainsail.
The racing version includes a mainsail trolley with a fine sheet adjustment system, creating a comfortable manoeuvring area for the crew.
